Crazy Couple of Weeks

Well, it's been fairly nuts around here. Maryanna turned 4 yesterday. I can hardly believe it. We had a family birthday party with cake and ice cream. Maryanna's been playing with her toys ever since. We watched Cars the movie last night, Maryanna fixed us all up with her doctor kit and then Powell and Maryanna took a bath with their bathtub finger paint :) Quite an evening.







Four generations!

We've all had colds (right in the middle of the summer!) all week. That's certainly disrupted our normal routines. Anyway, I think we're on the downhill slide and hopefully everyone will be back to normal soon (and sleeping better :)

Oh, and here's a funny. Somewhere along the line my kids started shooing birds. But, Powell calls them chickens. So, picture a pretty robin in our front yard, and Powell's yelling, 'Go away, chicken! Go away!' from the window :)

Also Lola rolled from her back to her belly yesterday :) She's 4 1/2 months (or 20 weeks :)!
